This service might be described as a bit of a hybrid
between the Design-Build and Design-Bid-Build scenarios as it would place PWB in the role of a collaborator during the design phase without us actually providing design services. We would work with the client’s design team and offer practical construction insight to inform design decisions which would reduce costs and time, improve constructability and add overall value to the project.
